How it works
Assyst Real Estate is a solution that allows notaries to electronically receive the information they need from lenders to complete the Hypothec transaction, to electronically create, track and publish the deed online, to generate reports and make the entire process official with their digital signature. Assyst Real Estate is a safe way to send and receive information without having to input new data and without the risk of losing information. This electronic business solution facilitates mortgage processing every step of the way.
The Solution de gestion des radiations allows notaries to request and electronically receive their certified payout statements from a lender directlyvia Assyst Real Estate. The lender also delegates its signature via a specific power of attorney to allow someone in the notary’s office to sign on behalf of the lender. The solution will not only save you time but guarantees that the certified payout statement you receive fully complies with the Chambre des notaires’ rules.
This new solution was developed in collaboration with the Association professionnelle des notaires, the Chambre des notaires, and several Quebec financial institutions.
Assyst Real Estate toolbar
The Assyst Real Estate toolbar allows notaries to publish online all deeds to the Land Registry Office. The toolbar comes with a user guide and is available on the Inforoute notariale site at http://inforoute.notarius.net/. To facilitate notaries’ work, the Assyst Real Estate team has inserted the bookmarks in the forms posted on the Inforoute notariale, which are ready to be completed, imported and registered online via Assyst Real Estate.
