Brett Alexander Horton
Brett Alexander Horton joined the team in 2006 as Director, National Adoption – Assyst Real Estate. His role is to promote the use of Assyst Real Estate lawyers and notaries public. Brett comes to us with strong real estate law, management and customer service experience. Prior to joining the team, Brett was the managing partner of a law firm whose primary focus was servicing major Canadian lenders and a Fortune 500 title insurance company.

Alan G. Silverstein
Alan G. Silverstein is the Director, National Legal Engagements for Assyst Real Estate. After 29 years in private practice in the Toronto area, Alan joined the team in 2006 to head up the adoption of Assyst Real Estate by Ontario real estate lawyers.

Marie-Josée Bolduc
After 8 years in private practice, Marie-Josée Bolduc joined the team in 2001 to head up adoption of Assyst Real Estate in Québec. As Director, Relationship Management, Marie-Josée has been instrumental in building Québec notary adoption of Assyst Real Estate in Québec to its current level of over 85%. Marie-Josée has more than 15 years experience in real estate as a practicing notary in Québec. In addition to her notary designation, Marie-Josée also holds an MBA.
